This project is a collective housing development in Sant Martí, Barcelona, designed to accommodate 200 units within an abandoned urban block containing two unused buildings. It explores adaptive reuse and social housing, focusing on integrating new residential architecture with existing industrial structures. The building is organized around a central garden and follows the site’s topography, stepping toward the garden to merge architecture and landscape.

Each dwelling is accessed through a small outdoor terrace or front garden rather than interior corridors. This vertical reinterpretation of the garden city concept encourages interaction between private homes and shared outdoor spaces. Through outdoor circulation and staggered floors, the project presents social housing as a community-centered living model connected to both nature and urban life.
